Mastermind Training

A group of  like-minded professionals and leaders who are dedicated and motivated to making effective and lasting changes to their lives in a collective group. One of the best ways to get interaction within a group is to study together and discuss how the material has impacted our lives and how we can use the information to improve how we interact together and achieve to meet the goals we have set for ourselves. Our mastermind groups are typically 8-10 weeks for 60-90 minutes per week.  This model can be modified to best meet the needs, objectives or time constraints you are working with.  Books and/or worksheets are provided and the weekly meeting is intended to be an open discussion based upon that weeks material. Although this is a very valuable “stand alone” method of learning, it can also be a valuable first step leading to a broader leadership development program. Often the result of the mastermind study typically reveals strengths and weaknesses within your organization that can be further addressed in a more specific coaching or training program. There is synergy of energy, commitment and excitement that participants bring to a mastermind group. My facilitated groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. By bringing fresh ideas and a different perspective, my masterminds can help you achieve success.
